How about Half-Life elite ?

One of the original programmers has popped up and started working on it again.
An small new beta has been released few days ago.

our Idea is to create the needs the community wants and gather activity.
Ultimately it would be great if AG can be replaced by this since it is almost the same.
only updated.
crowbar and myself are on it.
so expect HL:gold graphics.

we are trying to gather Ujjl / servians mod for this.
now we need you Lev :)

Not sure what could I write on this.
I am a bugfixer and slow in development. Like to do it hard solid.
I don't see point in HLE. Yes, I understand a wish to replace AG, but it require a lot of tasks. And I suppose most of them will be made in a harry.
Also I like open source idea.
I doubt I will ever write a good anticheat (it is hard and require a lot of time).
Yes, I am also have a wish to code game modes in HLSDK. It will looks like agmini.
I like almost pure HLDM gameplay and didn't grow far from it. I.e. I am not in wish to change it hard (only bunnyhop and egon changes). Most of them I dunno how to fix (like unlag and etc...), it is hard in absence of engine sources), so ideal FPS couldn't be built from this game (may be only in a far feature).
It is nice that you will use HLGold graphics.
I think this is all I have to say to this moment.

ah alright I understand.
we didn't have any specific task yet inmind for you.
first we wanted to ask :)

incase you are interested: basically 007 needs all the help he can get programming.
bug fixing, his trying to include a lot of the bugifxed & improved HLSDK created by you guys.
there will be a classic sort of mode where HL is original and improved with bug fixes and new graphics.
so that could be an field of interest for you.
